Keyboard and mouse can also be concealed by closing the drawer. If an instructor chooses to bring their own laptop computer for class, this hide-away lectern includes tabletop power plugs and cord manager for holding laptop connectors (VGA, RJ45, Audio, USB, etc.). Although a locking front door is optional for this cabinet, most of our customers prefer the “open-access” concept. Equipment can be secured using a variety of methods that do NOT require distributing keys to all faculty members (security cables, custom face plates combined with security screws, etc.).
