ClearOne to Report 2011 First Quarter Financial Results, and Host Conference Call on Thursday, May 12, 2011

SALT LAKE CITY, May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearOne Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLRO) today announced it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 on Thursday, May 12, 2011, before market open. The company also said that senior management will host an investor conference call the same day at 11 a.m. Eastern Time to review the company's financial results.

The conference call will be available to interested parties by dialing 877-407-4134 (domestic), 201-689-8430 (international); passcode 372339. The call will also be available through a live, listen-only audio Internet broadcast at www.clearone.com. For those who are not available to listen to the live broadcast, the call will be archived on the same Web site for at least three months.
