Hsinchu, Taiwan, June 8, 2023 – Lumens® Digital Optics Inc. will launch the 4K VC-TR60 Dante AV-H at this year's Infocomm in Orlando, Florida. The camera features an ultra-wide (81° horizontal frame of view) lens and a 12x zoom, making it suitable for use everywhere from small rooms to larger meeting and teaching spaces.
The camera outputs video via HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB and IP ports, facilitating integration with video production, AV and video conferencing solutions. Its support for Dante AV-H enables all video and audio routing and configuration via the Dante Controller software. Additionally, Dante Domain Manager adds system alerts, user access control, remote management, and a control API.
VC-TR60 Dante AV-H adds AI-based auto-tracking and auto-framing capabilities to an already feature-packed device. These functions use Lumens' facial recognition algorithms to deliver intelligent picture framing and smooth motion tracking. These features enable fully automated production for conferences, presentations, meeting rooms, classrooms, and studio spaces.
"VC-TR60 Dante AV-H camera takes the basic concept of a 4K PTZ camera and adds functionality that would have been unheard of just two years ago. The unit is exceptionally flexible, with IP and networking capabilities that integrate easily with a huge range of AV and video installations." Said Steven Liang, Head of Product Development at Lumens Digital Optics Inc.
Alongside the Dante AV-H video standard, the camera supports RTSP, RTMPS and SRT streaming for use on local and global video platforms. The inclusion of power over Ethernet (PoE) accelerates installation and reduces the need for power adapters.
VC-TR60 Dante AV-H will debut at Infocomm 2023 on booth 2061.
