The Challenge

Opportunity: Provide an immersive environment with full peripheral vision left to right. Extend that experience overhead to encapsulate the field of view, top to bottom and right to left.

The structure must be built to safely hold 12 NEC X554UN-2 in 3x4 video wall configuration where the top two rows of the video wall wrap over the top of the viewer/participant.

The simulation unit must be rigid in nature to prevent display alignment deformation and resulting distractions and it must be anchored firmly to the floor for safety reasons.
 
The Solution - Action Taken

Premier Mounts Solutions Group engineered a custom frame support that provides a secure skeletal structure for the displays but minimizes visual intrusion into the immersive effect of the simulator.

The combined structure bolts securely to the ground and uses custom modified LMV style brackets with X, Y, Z axis for precise display alignment and safely holds the displays in place.
